Why this site exists
Every other Singapore job site hypes. Every listing is a "growth opportunity", every company "leading". The data says otherwise. More than half the roles you scroll past are posted by recruitment agencies who will never show your CV to the hiring manager. A third have been reposted three or more times. Many are FCF compliance postings where the employer already knows who they want.
