An AI Agent Experiment
SGJobAI is an experimental AI agent project exploring how conversational AI can improve the job search experience in Singapore. Instead of browsing through endless job listings, you simply tell Ava what you're looking for and get relevant matches instantly.
Why We're Building This
Traditional job boards require you to fill out forms, create accounts, and manually search through listings. We believe there's a better way. An AI agent that understands what you want, learns your preferences, and proactively helps you find opportunities.
Our Vision
We're working towards a platform where job seekers and employers can connect efficiently and fairly. This includes anonymized initial contacts to reduce bias, full regulatory compliance, and transparent audit trails to ensure no discrimination in the matching process.
