The Singapore job site that tells you not to bother applying.
Dominik (Dom) built SGJobAI because applying to Singapore jobs felt like writing into a black hole. Every other portal hyped. Every listing was a "growth opportunity". Most of the ones he applied to never replied. When he scraped the data to figure out why, the answer was consistent: more than half of Singapore listings come from recruitment agencies, a third are reposted three or more times, many exist only to satisfy Fair Consideration Framework advertising rules before an Employment Pass hire the employer has already picked.
Rather than build another "smart matching" site on top of that noise, we built the opposite: a Singapore job tool that flags the listings you should skip, so the five you apply to in a given week are worth the hour you spend on each.
Ava, the Telegram bot you talk to, reads every active Singapore listing we can see. Each one gets scored on four signals:
When Ava shows you a job, any triggered flag is surfaced inline, before the apply link. No burying, no spin. If five roles come back with three of them flagged, she tells you two are worth your time.
We cannot guarantee you a role. We cannot make a hiring manager reply. We cannot change the market reality that getting a job in Singapore currently averages 4 to 12 weeks even when nothing is wrong. What we can do is take "250 resumes per role" and reduce the time you waste inside that pile.
SGJobAI is free to use, with a 10-messages-per-day limit per user to keep costs sane. No account, no forms, no CV required unless you want a deeper match. We are not a recruitment agency and we do not resell your data. If we ever charge, the flags and Ava's filtering will stay free; only optional depth features might gate.
